Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in program and personnel management, specifically in youth development, after-school programs, education, non-profit organizations, or similar environments. Ideal Candidate AttributesA strong commitment to the mission and programs of HCZ. This is not solely an administrative role; it involves direct engagement with students and staff. Ability to provide ongoing oversight, problem-solving, and collaboration across various sites and departments. At least 2 years of direct experience working with youth. Willingness to work after-school hours. Exceptional organizational, planning, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Demonstrated independence and creativity in problem-solving. A passion for working with a high-performing, mission-driven team. An energetic, motivated self-starter who thrives in team settings.
