About HappyRobot
HappyRobot is pioneering the infrastructure that empowers enterprises to construct and manage AI workforces. Our AI agents not only communicate but also make informed decisions, take initiative, and autonomously manage operations across voice, email, and enterprise systems. Originating from Y Combinator (S23) and supported by a16z and Base10, with over $60M in funding, we facilitate essential operations for global enterprises.
Our platform has been rigorously tested in high-stakes environments where AI decisions carry significant weight. We began in logistics, developing our own voice stack, models, and orchestration layer from the ground up, and are now extending this infrastructure to every enterprise that drives the real economy. Role Overview:
We are seeking a Product Operations Engineer to serve as the operational backbone of our product organization. You will collaborate directly with the CTO and Head of Product in this high-impact, technical role that thrives on discipline, structure, and execution. At HappyRobot, you will function at the vital intersection of four core functions: Product Engineering, Deployments, Go-To-Market, and Operations. You will act as the connective tissue ensuring these teams are not merely coexisting but are perfectly synchronized. Your role will involve addressing the most pressing challenges hindering our progress—whether that involves optimizing data pipelines, structuring pricing models, or managing intricate deployment logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Bridge to Deployments: Serve as the primary liaison between the Product Engineering and Deployment teams, ensuring that the Deployment team is well-equipped with new features, overseeing the technical feedback loop from the field back to engineering, and ensuring successful market releases.
GTM & Commercial Enablement: Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team to drive technical enablement, support Product-Led Sales (PLS) initiatives, and refine pricing structures for features. You will ensure that the commercial team appreciates the technical realities and value of our offerings.
Metrics & Measurement: Partner with Engineering and Strategy & Ops to define and monitor product and company metrics. You will engage directly with raw data to ensure we are focusing on the right outcomes.
Data Labeling Operations: Oversee the human component of data labeling to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
