Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate compelling positioning and messaging strategies that effectively communicate the value of new products.
Enhance attach rate growth through targeted cross-sell and upsell initiatives across various channels including in-app, email, paid media, and owned platforms.
Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing to craft personalized member journeys that promote add-ons during key moments.
Utilize behavioral signals and segmentation strategies to optimize the timing and relevance of offers.
Design and implement experiments aimed at increasing conversion rates, ARPU, and overall member lifetime value.
Work alongside Product teams on pricing, bundling, merchandising, and in-product placement strategies.
Lead cross-functional collaboration among Product, Partnerships, Growth, and Brand teams to ensure efficient launches and ongoing improvements.
Success Metrics:
Growth in attach rates and add-on penetration across the subscriber base.
Incremental increases in ARPU and contributions to subscriber lifetime value.
Member engagement and repeat usage of add-on products.
Efficiency in speed-to-market and optimization for new add-on launches.
