Role overview
The Product Marketing Lead, based in Los Angeles, takes a central role in shaping the future of DISQO’s AI-powered products. This position requires strategic marketing expertise and a builder’s mindset. Success in this role means thriving in collaborative, cross-functional settings, embracing change, and driving improvement through experimentation and best practices.
What you will do
- Lead product launches that drive adoption and help DISQO’s products stand out in the market
- Create enablement resources for Sales and Customer Success teams
- Execute product marketing strategies across multiple products in a high-growth environment
- Align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around a shared vision
- Work with teams to develop positioning, programs, content, and integrated campaigns that highlight the value of AI-driven products
- Quickly learn industry trends, customer needs, and key segments to deliver differentiated messaging and personas
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in product marketing, ideally within multi-product and high-growth organizations
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate a compelling story and influence others
- Experience working across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Comfort with experimentation and iterative processes
