Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in product management, loyalty/CRM, partnerships, or a similar business role. Strong business acumen with the ability to comprehend and align with commercial objectives. Analytical, structured, and data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced Excel proficiency for developing performance reports, dashboards, and managing extensive datasets (members, offers, redemptions, partner performance).

We are actively seeking a Product Manager – Loyalty and Partnerships. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and continuously refining our loyalty product, while strategically leveraging partnerships. This position requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on operational execution to ensure our loyalty program and partner initiatives operate effectively, yielding measurable commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, a data-driven approach, and an ongoing awareness of market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments, all aimed at enhancing customer value, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and advance the loyalty product strategy, focusing on value propositions, reward mechanisms, customer journeys, and operational guidelines.
  • Identify, assess, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to enhance the loyalty offering and overall commercial performance.
  • Construct and assess business cases for new partnerships and loyalty initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics through key KPIs (member acquisition, active members, redemptions, usage, conversion) and translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Customer Care teams on member engagement and activation campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the energy sector, loyalty ecosystems, and partnership models, keeping abreast of regulatory and commercial trends.
  • Oversee the execution of partnerships, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and data integrity are maintained.
  • Manage financial alignment and cost control across partnerships.
