We are actively seeking a Product Manager – Loyalty and Partnerships. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and continuously refining our loyalty product, while strategically leveraging partnerships. This position requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on operational execution to ensure our loyalty program and partner initiatives operate effectively, yielding measurable commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, a data-driven approach, and an ongoing awareness of market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments, all aimed at enhancing customer value, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and advance the loyalty product strategy, focusing on value propositions, reward mechanisms, customer journeys, and operational guidelines.
- Identify, assess, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to enhance the loyalty offering and overall commercial performance.
- Construct and assess business cases for new partnerships and loyalty initiatives.
- Track performance metrics through key KPIs (member acquisition, active members, redemptions, usage, conversion) and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Customer Care teams on member engagement and activation campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the energy sector, loyalty ecosystems, and partnership models, keeping abreast of regulatory and commercial trends.
- Oversee the execution of partnerships, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and data integrity are maintained.
- Manage financial alignment and cost control across partnerships.
