Role Overview:
We seek a data-driven Product Analytics & Optimization Lead who excels at the intersection of analytics, product strategy, and growth experimentation. This role involves owning the full spectrum of insights generation throughout the customer lifecycle—from acquisition to retention—to enhance conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Your contributions will significantly impact product strategy, influence prioritization, and fuel a robust experimentation pipeline that optimizes our product funnel at scale.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with data science, product, and credit risk teams to optimize conversion offer presentation and enhance profitability.
This is an in-office position located in the Hudson Yards, NYC area.
