Backed by $14M in Series A funding from leading construction tech investors, we are expanding quickly. The team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help drive this growth from our New York City office.
Role Overview
The Proactive Administrative Assistant will work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and other teams to keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a high-trust, visible position that supports both people and processes as the company scales. The right person anticipates needs, manages details, and enjoys being a steady resource for the team.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate with the executive team to manage calendars, logistics, and communications, keeping leadership focused on key priorities.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding for employees, including scheduling, setting up platform access, and handling equipment needs.
- Arrange travel and track expenses for the company, ensuring compliance and smooth workflows.
- Serve as the main point of contact for benefits questions and assist with employee enrollment.
- Maintain and improve internal systems and processes as the company continues to grow.
What We Look For
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office management role.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to handle tasks both big and small.
- Strong organizational skills, clear written communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks independently.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
