About the job
The Product Management team at Asana is at the forefront of shaping our product strategy and implementation, adeptly transforming customer insights and opportunities into an inspiring roadmap. We collaborate seamlessly across departments to deliver solutions that significantly enhance team productivity and collaboration. Our mission is to redefine the Work Management category and innovate new methodologies for teams to work more efficiently while embracing the larger purpose behind their efforts. The team works closely with Engineering, Design, User Experience Research, and Data Science, alongside Marketing, Sales, Support, and Go-To-Market teams to launch outstanding products. You will be involved in a range of product functions, from strategy to execution to process optimizations — conceptualizing, launching, and refining Asana for millions of teams globally.
We seek a Principal Product Manager to spearhead Asana's growth strategy as users increasingly engage with software through LLM interfaces such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. With millions of knowledge workers initiating their tasks in conversational AI tools, we are at a pivotal moment in how productivity software is accessed by users. You will be responsible for developing Asana's acquisition strategy for these emerging LLM-driven channels.
In your role within the Product-Led Growth (PLG) organization, you will influence how new users discover, learn about, and begin using Asana through third-party LLM platforms. You will cultivate vital partnerships with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, shaping both strategy and execution to seize this extensive opportunity.
