The Product Team at Brex
The Product team leads Brex’s initiative to empower employees everywhere to make informed financial decisions. We leverage our deep business insights to identify and pursue the most impactful opportunities. Our role involves coordinating cross-functional teams—such as Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Design—to align on strategic decisions, driving products from concept to launch to fuel our rapid growth and help our customers thrive.
Your Role
As the Director of Product for Growth and AI, you will spearhead the Growth Product team, crafting and executing strategies that enhance customer acquisition and onboarding. You will work closely with our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers with complex spending needs. Your expertise will be vital in developing features, models, and tools that maximize the effectiveness of our GTM and Marketing teams. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in locations including San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Vancouver, Brazil, and remote, you will contribute to initiatives such as AI-driven GTM workflows, advanced GTM data systems, ML models for account prioritization, and AI classification systems, among others.
Work Environment
This position is based in our Vancouver office. Employees are expected to work in the office at least three days a week, specifically on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote work is permitted for up to four weeks per year, with a minimum of one week at a time.
