This position plays a central role within the People Team, supporting key strategic initiatives and aligning them with the company’s larger objectives. The role reports directly to the Director, Head of People Strategy & Programs.
Role overview
This position focuses on moving strategy into action. It involves structured planning, disciplined execution, and analytical insight to ensure that people-related projects advance Chime’s goals. The Principal People Strategy & Program Manager acts as a connector across teams and helps shape the direction of the People Team’s work.
