We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who is enthusiastic about leveraging paid channels to drive user growth. In this role, you will conceptualize, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance user acquisition and generate additional revenue. As part of our Growth Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with creative, product marketing, and data teams to achieve optimal results.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google, focusing on user acquisition and lead generation.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI) and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages, analyze results, and refine strategies based on findings.
  • Support the reporting and attribution infrastructure by collaborating with data and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration between ad platforms and our internal systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform developments to adapt to the dynamic advertising landscape.
