About The Role
We are excited to announce our search for the first People Partner at Hightouch — a senior, fully autonomous role that will play a pivotal part in shaping how we support our managers and employees as we scale globally. You will collaborate closely with GTM leaders and managers throughout the organization, serving as a trusted advisor on matters ranging from employee relations to performance management and compensation.
This is not a role where you will simply inherit a pre-existing playbook; you will have the creative freedom to help develop it. If you have experience in a high-growth global startup and thrive in an environment that requires sound judgment, nuance, and impactful contributions, this position offers you the chance to leave a lasting mark on the People Partnering approach at Hightouch. This position will report directly to the Head of People Operations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee employee relations across our global team, addressing sensitive and complex situations with discernment while collaborating with our EOR partners to adhere to local employment regulations.
- Work alongside managers to effectively handle performance management, feedback, role clarity, and growth discussions with employees.
- Design and facilitate coaching and training programs for managers that elevate performance standards.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to evaluate risks, ensure compliance, and drive informed people decisions across various regions.
- Assist managers with compensation-related decisions, guiding them to make thoughtful and consistent choices within established frameworks and constraints.
- Play a key role in developing and scaling People programs by testing what works in practice and refining strategies based on authentic manager needs.
- Contribute to the evolution of our People Ops processes and systems to keep pace with our rapid growth.
