Role Overview
The People & Culture (P&C) Experience & Delivery Partner team is crucial in providing responsive daily support and expert advice to Google DeepMind's leaders and managers. By working closely with P&C Partners, our team enhances leadership capabilities, ensures operational excellence, and analyzes employee experience insights to drive high performance across the organization. This generalist role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders within GDM, Google, and Alphabet's P&C teams, aiming to achieve a world-class employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic coaching and advice to leaders and managers regarding policies, processes, and best practices related to crucial P&C topics such as performance management, employee lifecycle processes, and policy exceptions.
- Support leaders and managers in overcoming specific challenges within their teams, including retention and well-being concerns or interpersonal conflicts.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of scalable solutions to enhance manager capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor on people policies and practices relevant to the specific location, addressing a wide range of complex issues.
