Responsibilities: Lead the comprehensive onboarding and implementation process for partners, ensuring smooth launches and strong initial performance. Act as the primary liaison for partners, managing daily interactions and ensuring a top-notch partner experience. Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics, pinpointing areas for improvement in engagement, conversion, and retention. Work collaboratively across Product, Operations, and Business Development teams to address challenges and enhance partner outcomes. Drive continuous improvement by testing, refining, and implementing enhancements across the partner lifecycle. Success Metrics: Time to launch and successful activation of new partners. Partner performance metrics (engagement, conversion, retention, usage). Overall partner satisfaction and relationship health. Operational efficiency and enhancements in onboarding and support processes. Ideal Candidate Profile: 2-5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, partnerships, or related client-facing roles. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
