The Partner Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Harness through the development and management of strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the partner ecosystem, exceptional relationship management skills, and a strong aptitude for closing sales. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing a strategic plan, expanding the designated territory, nurturing regional partner relationships, and encouraging collaboration with field teams. This position also requires navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, with a primary emphasis on promoting Harness's software and services. Successful candidates will have a proven history of generating new enterprise business through channel and systems integrator partners, as well as experience in expanding the partner ecosystem.
