We are looking for an Associate Attorney with 1 to 5 years of litigation experience to enhance our dynamic Workers’ Compensation Department in Cleveland, OH.This role presents a remarkable chance to litigate a diverse range of workers’ compensation claims, including high-exposure and complex litigation cases. Typical claims we handle include those related to repetitive trauma, occupational diseases, and fatalities, as well as hearing loss claims. We proudly represent clients from various sectors, including construction, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, retail, education, and more.The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
