The online education sector is a booming industry, rapidly expanding across the globe. We are part of Laba Group, an international EdTech company dedicated to creating educational projects in business, IT, and creativity. We are currently seeking an Outbound Sales Manager to guide our clients from ‘I’m still thinking’ to ‘I’ll take it!’
We are looking to fill positions for three of our company’s brands:
- Laba — a next-generation business school offering courses from experts at Google, Netflix, and Deloitte;
- Skvot — a school for creatives collaborating with top professionals in advertising, media, film, and art;
- robot_dreams — a platform focusing on growth in IT fields such as Data Science, AI, ML, gamedev, and more.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with incoming leads — consult clients and help them choose courses aligned with their goals;
- Build and nurture relationships with our existing client base, offering relevant product recommendations;
- Immerse yourself in course topics ranging from marketing and finance to IT, ML, and AI;
- Manage the CRM system (HubSpot) — keeping information up to date;
- Communicate with clients via messengers and email;
- Achieve sales targets and set new records alongside your team.
Requirements
We will be a great fit if you:
- Are ready to work in the office in Kyiv (Podil) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
- Are driven by results and eager to earn well;
- Want to learn systematic sales and are not afraid of scripts;
- Have an interest in online education, technology, business, or creativity;
- Learn quickly, adapt easily, and give your all;
- Communicate effectively in Ukrainian;
- Have experience in sales or customer service — this is a plus but not mandatory.
Salary Information
Starting: newcomers typically begin with 30,000+ UAH/month.
After 2-3 months, this can rise to 50,000-60,000+ UAH, with top managers earning 100,000-150,000+ UAH/month.
The sky's the limit — your earnings depend on you.
Proficiency in a foreign language (minimum level B2) is a bonus but not a requirement.
