The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who excels in a startup environment and perceives opportunities in chaotic situations. You will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy—experimenting, learning, and enhancing our connections with marketing, sales, and content leaders across various sectors.
This is not your conventional SDR position. We desire an individual who challenges the status quo, enjoys testing new concepts, and is eager to leverage modern tools—including AI—to distinguish ourselves in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee outbound prospecting campaigns targeting traditional industries.
- Engage creatively with decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, video messages, and AI-powered personalization.
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Attio, Apollo, and AI automation platforms to intelligently scale outreach efforts.
- Consistently experiment with new strategies, conduct A/B testing on messaging, and analyze what resonates best.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, news, and discussions within LinkedIn and industry channels.
- Confidently engage prospects through calls, messages, or in-person meetings—including coffee chats, conferences, or formal presentations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to refine Joomag’s positioning and outreach strategies.
