Join Cielo Projects as a National Accounts Manager, where you will leverage your expertise in navigating and securing business with large, complex organizations. In this pivotal role, you will engage with high-level decision-makers, pinpoint unmet client needs, and harness market insights to craft compelling value propositions for new clients. You will be instrumental in driving growth, retention, and the development of new accounts for our largest Protective Packaging clients with multiple locations. The ideal candidate will embody a positive attitude, strong business acumen, and innovative thinking to empower our customers in today’s dynamic marketplace. You will also tactically manage engagements with senior stakeholders and articulate how collaboration with Sealed Air can enhance their profitability and loss (P&L).
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging with large enterprise companies at the senior/executive level, using self-identified targets or those identified through thorough market research.
- Facilitating impactful exploratory discussions with senior stakeholders to uncover their needs and align them with SEE's value offerings.
- Owning the value proposition and project governance while managing both internal and external collaborations to create new revenue streams and secure contract acceptance.
- Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline for new business opportunities to sustain a minimum annual growth rate of 3X.
- Consistently exceeding sales targets, management by objectives (MBOs), and other goals established by business leadership.
- Effectively utilizing and managing company resources, including travel and expense budgets.
