What will I be doing?
- Drive the adoption and growth of Intercom within the Mid-Market segment.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle for Mid-Market customers, utilizing a consultative sales approach from prospecting to closing.
- Deliver timely and accurate revenue forecasts.
- Stay informed about our evolving products and processes.
- Create tailored demonstrations to meet client needs.
- Participate in team development and mentoring efforts.
- Advocate for the customer’s voice with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product.
- Contribute to the global Enterprise business growth by innovating best practices and leading projects that enhance team performance.
