About the Role
As a pivotal player on the Marketing Operations Team, you will be instrumental in architecting and scaling the systems that drive our marketing initiatives. This role sits at the crossroads of Marketing, Revenue Operations, Systems Engineering, and Analytics, where you will define the strategy, architecture, and execution of our marketing technology ecosystem—enhancing performance across demand generation, lifecycle management, attribution, experimentation, and analytics. You will ensure our systems are integrated, our data is reliable, and our infrastructure is capable of scaling with predictable growth.
This role is hands-on and high-impact, perfect for someone who thrives on building, optimizing, and resolving complex technical challenges in a dynamic environment.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Oakland or Denver offices. Our hybrid work model combines remote flexibility with in-person collaboration, requiring two days in the office each week to foster team connections and collaboration.
Technologies You’ll Use
You will work with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Drift/Chat, Bizible, LeanData, Looker, and various enrichment and AI tools.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of and expand the end-to-end marketing and revenue technology ecosystem, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment across systems.
- Design and maintain integrations and data pipelines across Marketo, Salesforce, enrichment tools, engagement platforms, and data warehousing layers.
