Role Overview
The Marketing Manager leads Compass’s local marketing team and drives brand presence across the Cape Cod market. This role manages local marketing staff, works closely with the New England Marketing team, and coordinates with Compass’s corporate marketing department. The focus: shape and deliver a local branding strategy and agent marketing services for the region.
This is an in-office position based in Boston, Hingham, or Osterville, Massachusetts.
What You Will Do
- Direct a marketing team to meet the needs of agents in Cape Cod, the Islands, and nearby coastal areas.
- Build and carry out agent branding and marketing strategies that reflect the Compass brand.
- Analyze the local media landscape and, together with the Senior Marketing Manager, develop print and digital media strategies.
- Collaborate with the regional creative team on print and digital design, ad campaigns, video, and social media.
- Review local marketing needs and stay informed about real estate trends, forecasts, and competitors to guide Cape Cod’s marketing approach.
- Work with other regional marketing managers on initiatives that span multiple regions.
- Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to roll out regional branding strategies and share best practices.
- Spot opportunities to create systems that help local offices grow efficiently.
- Track and update marketing KPIs using internal dashboards, applying data to improve team performance locally and regionally.
