Job Summary:

As the Manager II of Professional Services, you will report to the Director of Professional Services or the Senior Professional Services Manager. You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring the successful deployment of projects while maintaining on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high customer satisfaction. This role requires translating strategic initiatives into actionable operational processes, overseeing multiple complex projects, and promoting cross-departmental collaboration. Additionally, you will focus on team development, portfolio management, and process enhancement to align with our organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team, including Project Managers and Implementation Consultants, ensuring effective recruitment, coaching, and performance management.

  • Translate strategic goals into operational processes that drive team and cross-functional success.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.

  • Manage a portfolio of implementation projects, including complex technical deployments, and support team members in specific product domains.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate project and customer risks, maintaining strong relationships and momentum through site visits as needed.

  • Conduct portfolio forecasting and analyze trends affecting project efficiency while closely monitoring budget health and delivery timelines.

  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure team skills meet our evolving business needs and foster professional growth.
