  • Demonstrated experience in Call Center or BDC management with quantifiable success is essential.
  • Proven ability to inspire and hold the BDC team accountable to meet sales objectives.
  • Familiarity with our CRM system (Dealersocket) will be advantageous.
  • A leader who sets an example and understands the dedication required to excel in their craft.
  • Willingness to invest the necessary time and effort, driven by a passion for achieving results.
