Demonstrated experience in Call Center or BDC management with quantifiable success is essential.
Proven ability to inspire and hold the BDC team accountable to meet sales objectives.
Familiarity with our CRM system (Dealersocket) will be advantageous.
A leader who sets an example and understands the dedication required to excel in their craft.
Willingness to invest the necessary time and effort, driven by a passion for achieving results.
