Your Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries and maintain diligent follow-up through phone, voicemail, text, and email
Consult clients to assess their financial situations and recommend suitable loan products
Guide clients seamlessly through the entire origination process by ensuring clear communication and consistent follow-through
Maintain accurate CRM activity in HubSpot and manage your pipeline with discipline
Achieve 5-star reviews as a standard aspect of each transaction completed
Training, Onboarding & Career Growth
New Loan Officers will undergo a structured onboarding process over the first month, including attendance at Griffin Funding University (GFU) and a concluding assessment. A 90-day probationary period will involve regular coaching and well-defined performance expectations.
