Role overview
The Lead Product Manager for Customer Engagement & Revenue Operations Systems shapes the strategy and design of platforms that support the entire customer lifecycle. These systems enable capacity planning, reservations, and revenue operations for satellite connectivity services.
What you will do
- Define and drive the vision for customer engagement, capacity management, and revenue operations systems
- Gather customer needs and translate them into system requirements and product specifications
- Balance customer insights with engineering strengths, vendor offerings, and financial goals to build systems that meet business needs
- Decide when to build or buy key systems, then lead the execution of those strategies
- Clarify ambiguous requirements and proactively collect data to inform product decisions and roadmaps
- Ensure alignment from service design through implementation, working closely with development teams
