Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to guide the strategy and design of our customer engagement and revenue operations systems. These systems support the full customer lifecycle, enable capacity planning and reservations, and strengthen revenue operations for our satellite connectivity services.
What You Will Do
- Define and drive the vision for systems that support customer engagement, capacity management, and revenue operations
- Gather and synthesize customer needs, translating them into system requirements and product specifications
- Balance customer insights with engineering capabilities, vendor solutions, and financial goals to shape a suite of systems that meet business objectives
- Decide when to build or buy key systems, and lead the execution of those strategies
- Clarify ambiguous requirements and proactively collect data to inform product decisions and roadmaps
- Ensure alignment from initial service design through to implementation, collaborating closely with development teams
