Role Overview

The Lead Growth Manager will help drive Socure’s Fintech segment, which serves major fintech companies such as Chime, SoFi, Revolut, Varo, Dave, and Credit Karma. This role sits at the intersection of go-to-market strategy and execution. The position supports leadership by improving operational effectiveness, enabling customer-focused outcomes, developing AI tools, and identifying new growth opportunities.

This is a strong fit for someone looking to move from finance or consulting into a hands-on operational role at a pre-IPO company. The Lead Growth Manager will have significant exposure to senior leaders, clients, and teams across the business. The role also functions as a chief of staff to the General Manager of the Fintech segment, requiring versatility and a generalist mindset.

What You Will Do

Revenue and Customer Execution

  • Manage key projects such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), roadshows, renewals, Proof of Value (POV) readouts, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Support renewal strategies through sensitivity modeling, pricing analysis, and risk identification.
  • Work on whitespace analysis to find expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Pipeline and Operational Cadence

  • Oversee efforts to maintain clean pipeline data and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Lead operational cadence meetings to keep teams aligned and progress on track.
