We are seeking a candidate with profound functional and technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Omnichannel solutions, and Microsoft CCaaS capabilities (Customer Service Voice). The ideal candidate should possess: Significant experience with Dynamics 365 implementations, particularly in customer service domains. Strong understanding of CCaaS technologies and their application in enhancing customer interactions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, capable of providing innovative solutions. Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Salary: Competitive based on experience + benefits

Location: Hybrid (primarily home-based with occasional visits to Kerv Digital office or client sites) at our UK HQ, Seven House, 18 High Street, Longbridge, B31 2UQ
