Birdman is a leading health and wellness brand in Mexico, with over $100M in revenue in a market much smaller than the US. The company is now focused on expanding its presence in the United States, aiming to grow from $10M to $300M in revenue over the next five years.

To drive this growth, Birdman is hiring a Vice President of Growth & Country Manager for the US market. This executive will oversee all aspects of US operations, including growth strategy, marketing, commercial activities, and day-to-day operations. The position is based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, and will play a central role in leading the US business.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage the entire US operation, taking ownership of business outcomes
  • Develop and execute strategies for growth, marketing, brand management, sales, and operations
  • Build and guide a high-performing team as the business scales
  • Drive commercial initiatives to achieve ambitious revenue milestones
  • Oversee operational processes to support rapid expansion

  • Demonstrated success scaling a consumer goods or CPG business, ideally to $100M+ in revenue
  • Experience moving a brand from early traction to market leadership
