Role Overview

The Strategic Marketing Manager will shape how Rainfall Health communicates its impact to the market. This position calls for experience in health tech or healthcare systems, with a knack for translating complex product advantages into clear, compelling stories. Success in this role means balancing data-driven planning with creative execution.

What You Will Do

  • Design and run multi-channel campaigns targeting hospital systems, provider networks, and healthcare decision-makers.
  • Lead content strategy and creation, producing case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and sales materials that highlight the clinical and financial benefits of Rainfall's platform.
  • Guide brand development and management, positioning Rainfall as a top choice in the TEAM mandate and value-based care space.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging with product capabilities and client needs.
  • Oversee demand generation efforts, including email marketing, paid ads, events, and webinars, to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and support revenue goals.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and use insights to refine campaigns and allocate budgets effectively.
  • Support product launches by developing go-to-market strategies, positioning, and training resources for both internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinate planning and execution of events with internal teams and external marketing partners.
  • Conduct market research on healthcare trends, competitors, and buyer personas to inform strategy.
  • Represent Rainfall Health at industry conferences, trade shows, and virtual events focused on health tech and value-based care.
  • Some travel is part of this role.
