Role Overview

The Senior Vice President, Capital Markets, will play a central role on the US Debt and Structured Finance team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position covers the full sales and execution cycle: sourcing and identifying opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, lenders, investors, and sponsors, and guiding deals from first contact through closing. Deep knowledge of CRE and capital markets is essential, including underwriting, client communications, preparing marketing materials, and supporting transactions through to completion.

What You Will Do

  • Origination and Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, lenders, investors, and intermediaries to ensure a steady flow of institutional-grade business.
  • Capital Strategy: Oversee debt and equity placement, including identifying lenders, structuring capital stacks, underwriting, developing marketing materials, negotiating term sheets, and managing all parties through closing.
  • Market Expertise: Provide insights based on a strong understanding of CRE capital markets, lender criteria, and current market trends to help clients with strategy, risk, and execution.
  • Technology Utilization: Use technology, workflow automation, and data-driven tools to streamline deal screening, packaging, and execution, supporting high transaction volumes each year.
