Role overview
This role centers on maximizing client satisfaction and retention. The Senior Client Success Manager acts as the primary contact for select clients, ensuring they gain measurable value from Vestmark’s solutions. Advocacy for both client needs and product strategy is a central part of the job, requiring a balance between external relationship management and internal collaboration.
What you will do
- Client Ownership: Serve as the main point of contact for strategic clients, offering advice and aligning deliverables to support their goals. Work to increase satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Product & Business Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Vestmark’s offerings and how they fit various client business models. Translate client objectives into actionable strategies that align with the product roadmap.
- Client Advocacy & Insights: Share client feedback with product, services, and executive teams. Monitor client health, address issues proactively, and support the adoption of Vestmark’s solutions.
- SOW & Change Management: Manage client Scope of Work and Change Requests, including pricing discussions and approval processes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with teams such as Client Delivery, Engineering, and Production Support to deliver on client commitments. Contribute to internal strategy discussions focused on client impact.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with Sales to identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and renewals, ensuring smooth handoffs and alignment on client needs.
