Job Title: Sales Leader - Benefits Wholesale Services

Reports To: Executive Vice President, Benefit Services

Position Summary: As the Sales Leader for our Benefit Services division, you will spearhead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering comprehensive solutions including SISCO (medical TPA), HealthCheck360 (wellness & advocacy), medical management, and BCC (HRIS/consolidated billing). Your mission: to cultivate a high-performing sales team, forge robust broker relationships nationwide, secure complex business deals, and enhance a cohesive platform that reduces claims costs, increases engagement, and streamlines administration. You will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and empowering sales executives, developing strategic initiatives, and collaborating with executive leadership on product and marketing efforts to drive new business and improve client retention.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and supervise the sales executive team, establishing performance metrics, holding regular sales meetings, and ensuring the availability of necessary resources for success.
  • Accompany sales executives on client calls when necessary to facilitate closing deals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new sales executives, implementing structured development plans and comprehensive training programs.
  • Define and allocate sales territories to minimize overlap and inefficiencies.
  • Develop protocols for managing incoming leads from national portals, conferences, and online opportunities.
  • Craft strategies to enhance engagement with leading brokers in the United States.
  • Provide strategic insights to the Executive Vice President regarding product and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Vice President on marketing budgets, strategic priorities, and event participation; recommend new target verticals and distribution channels.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the company’s offerings and competitive differentiators; ensure that all sales executives can articulate these effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Vice President.
