As we expand, we are seeking a Principal Industry Strategist (Service) to spearhead the development of innovative communication solutions for Customer Service in P&C insurance. You will leverage your expertise in Policy and Billing Service operations, strategy, and metrics, along with a profound understanding of the challenges faced by customers and employees that are ripe for enhancement.
Your role will encompass serving as both an internal and external industry authority—leading discussions with our clients, identifying high-value problems to address, shaping product development, and driving thought leadership that places Hi Marley at the forefront of P&C innovation. You will inform strategic decision-making through market insights, competitive intelligence, and a structured evaluation of opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of customer empathy, industry knowledge, and analytical precision to influence Hi Marley’s roadmap, accelerate strategic account impact, and elevate our industry relevance.
