Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical liaison among Sales, clients, and internal Engineering/Estimation teams. Lead and engage in client-facing discovery sessions, workshops, and site assessments to gather business objectives and technical requirements. Convert client specifications into conceptual solutions and high-level architectures for physical security and network infrastructure. Collaborate with Sales to effectively position solutions through technical presentations and client consultations. Review RFPs, RFQs, SOWs, and design documents to establish aligned solution strategies. Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including: Solution narratives Scopes of work Assumptions and clarifications Design intent documentation for engineering teams Work in close partnership with Estimators and Engineers to ensure all requirements are accurately reflected in BOMs and formal proposals. Engage with manufacturers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to validate solution design and pricing methodologies. Support the creation of conceptual drawings and system designs using tools such as Bluebeam.
