Your Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust pipeline and successfully close mid-market opportunities

  • Conduct insightful discovery calls and product demonstrations that address genuine customer challenges

  • Achieve and surpass revenue and pipeline objectives

  • Cultivate relationships with Legal Operations leaders, General Counsels, and Heads of Legal

  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to enhance messaging and conversion rates

  • Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate forecasts — your CRM is your operational backbone

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the mid-market sector

  • Proven track record of meeting quotas and closing deals, ideally in the range of $50k ACV

  • Expertise in discovery, demos, and value-driven selling techniques

  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and engage with senior stakeholders

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results, not just activities

  • Well-organized, dependable, and committed with a strong follow-through
