Our B2B marketplace, coupled with AI systems, is set to digitize and streamline the entire supply chain.

Through Fleek, vintage stores, online resellers, and retail buyers can source graded secondhand inventory directly from wholesalers and rag houses across various countries. Our cutting-edge tool, FleekSort, utilizes an AI model specifically trained on secondhand fashion to grade, price, and categorize items with just a photo. This innovation transforms a previously opaque trade into a structured, searchable, and tradable global inventory.

Since our inception in 2022, we have successfully saved 9 million items from landfills and have experienced a remarkable growth rate, tripling in size year-on-year. With approximately $50 million raised from prominent investors such as a16z, Y Combinator, and others, we are well-positioned for further expansion as we have recently completed our Series B funding. Our advisors and investors include industry leaders from Depop, Shopify, and Postmates.

About the Role

As a Key Account Manager within Fleek's Commercial team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of long-tail accounts comprising both buyers and suppliers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage these accounts actively, ensure their growth, and maximize their value from our platform. You will play a critical role in the daily operations of the marketplace that collectively contributes significantly to Fleek’s overall volume.

This role is focused on high-volume, high-touch portfolio management rather than strategic enterprise account management. You will be responsible for keeping hundreds of accounts engaged, swiftly resolving issues, identifying growth opportunities, and preventing account churn by maintaining a proactive approach.
