Hands-on Engagement: Actively contribute by managing your own pipeline to set a standard for your team. QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 4 years in B2B sales or sales development, with at least 2 years in a management role. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting pipeline goals within a startup context. Passion for Coaching: A strong desire to mentor and develop others, with a history of successful performance management. Successful Closing Experience: At least one year of proven closing success. Program Development: Experience in building outbound sales programs from the ground up.
