In this role, you will assist customers with technical inquiries, ensuring they receive the best possible support. No prior IT experience is necessary; if you possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, we will equip you with the training needed to excel!

Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat with a positive and helpful demeanor.
• Assist customers in navigating through basic troubleshooting procedures to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and clear updates.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when necessary.
Requirements:
• Proficient communication skills in Italian (both written and spoken).
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• A patient, empathetic approach with a strong customer-first mentality.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Basic computer literacy (we’ll provide the training you need).
• Must be able to work on-site at our client’s office in Athens.
