As a Pre-Sales Representative, you will initiate contact with key clients in the hospitality and tourism sectors from our portfolio, offering upsell opportunities for our product to our active clientele. Your primary mission will be to understand their needs and expectations to propose new solutions and communication channels, generating qualified meetings for our Account Executives!

What We Expect from This Role:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within our active national and international client base;
Personally approach potential opportunities via phone, email, and WhatsApp;
Lead the initial upsell process, generating interest in our solution and addressing potential objections;
Ensure client attendance at demonstration meetings conducted by an Expansion Account Executive;
Validate various prospecting channels;
Continuously analyze area results and your own performance, striving for improvement in both volume and quality.
You Will Excel If You:
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Are highly communicative and enjoy engaging with hospitality professionals in the EMEA market, especially over the phone;
Have a strong desire to learn and grow within the commercial sector.
