Role overview
The Influencer Marketing Specialist leads the planning and delivery of influencer campaigns and brand activations for SAMY in Madrid. This position requires deep experience in social media and influencer marketing, strong creative judgment, and the ability to resolve challenges quickly as they arise.
What you will do
- Strategic campaign development: Collaborate with brand and internal teams to design creative proposals that match campaign briefs.
- Influencer selection and management: Identify suitable influencer partners, build content calendars, and uphold high content quality standards.
- Campaign performance oversight: Track daily results and adjust strategy to improve outcomes.
- Event coordination: Organize and support events and activations, ensuring smooth collaboration between influencers and brands.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with the data team to refine negotiation strategies, monitor market trends, and produce post-campaign reports.
- Problem resolution: Address challenges during campaign execution as they come up.
- Results analysis and reporting: Collect and analyze influencer performance data, generate insights, and highlight new opportunities for clients, working closely with the data team on social listening.
- Legal and financial management: Oversee legal and financial matters for assigned brands to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Workflow enhancement: Suggest improvements for collaboration between the brand, agency, and influencers.
