Role Overview
The Influencer Marketing Specialist will lead the planning and execution of influencer campaigns and brand activations for SAMY in Madrid. This role calls for a professional with deep experience in social media and influencer marketing, strong creative instincts, and the ability to solve problems quickly as they arise.
What You Will Do
- Strategic Campaign Development: Work with brand and SAMY teams to design creative, high-level proposals that align with campaign briefs.
- Influencer Selection and Management: Identify the right influencer partners, build content calendars, and maintain high content quality standards.
- Campaign Performance Oversight: Track daily campaign results and make strategic adjustments to improve performance.
- Event Coordination: Organize and support events and activations, ensuring smooth collaboration between influencers and the brand.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the data team to refine negotiation strategies, spot market trends, and produce post-campaign reports.
- Problem Resolution: Tackle challenges during campaign execution as they come up.
- Results Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze influencer performance data, generate insights, and highlight new opportunities for clients, working closely with the data team on social listening.
- Legal and Financial Management: Oversee legal and financial matters for assigned brands to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Workflow Enhancement: Recommend ways to improve collaboration between the brand, agency, and influencers.
