Role Overview
The Implementation Consultant helps OpenGov clients get the most from their solutions by managing the full deployment process. This role calls for strong product knowledge, subject matter expertise, and the ability to recommend effective solutions. The consultant sets up new customers for success, ensures they see value from their investment, and supports improvements to OpenGov’s delivery operations. This includes advising during sales and project scoping, sharing feedback with R&D, and mentoring teammates.
What You Will Do
- Lead implementation projects for new clients, guiding them through every step: data gathering, technical configuration, administrator training, and all other deployment needs.
- Act as the main technical contact for new customers or those expanding their use of OpenGov, keeping communication clear and deployment on track.
- Work directly with government officials and staff, helping them become skilled administrators and champions of the OpenGov platform.
- Assess customer requirements and challenges, collaborating with other teams to streamline and automate workflows for better results.
