Role Overview: Human Resources Administrative Assistant
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant helps keep HR processes accurate and efficient. This role supports the full HR chain, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond. The work directly shapes the quality of Maxaro’s services and the experience of new team members.
How You’ll Contribute
This position serves as a steady point of contact for both managers and employees, offering prompt and thoughtful support. Key areas include administrative tasks in recruitment and onboarding, helping new colleagues settle in, and supporting the daily flow of HR operations.
Maxaro’s HR department is becoming more data-driven, with a focus on smart use of AI for recruitment, employee growth, and workforce planning. The assistant will play a part in these efforts by working carefully, noticing process improvements, and sharing ideas to help the team grow.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the HR team, especially in onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment activities.
- Draft employment contracts, process personnel changes, and maintain accurate records.
- Handle first-line questions from employees and managers.
- Monitor time registration for temporary workers.
- Assist with HR projects, such as managing absenteeism, supporting occupational health, and organizing special events.
- Help keep HR policies and documentation up to date and secure.
