Role Overview
As a member of our Global PX Services team (PX stands for People Experience), you will oversee our core HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows. Your focus will also include compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies aimed at enhancing the efficiency of our PX teams through standardization, scalability, and automation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead the management of our HRIS system (Hibob), including data architecture, workflows, user access, permissions, and integrations with various tools. You will spearhead the implementation and migration to new systems.
Design, execute, and continuously refine PX Services processes in a people-centric manner, ensuring an engaging and compliant experience for all our employees.
Promote automation in PX processes, potentially including the adoption and management of AI applications. Encourage innovation within the team.
Work closely with other PX functions (BPs, TA, Diversity, Solutions, etc.) to enhance the end-to-end employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.
