Role Overview: HR Systems Analyst (Warsaw)

The HR Systems Analyst joins the Global PX Services team (People Experience) to manage the core HRIS (Hibob). The role ensures data accuracy, efficient workflows, and compliance with statutory and internal requirements. This position supports PX teams by driving standardization, scalability, and automation across HR processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the HRIS (Hibob), managing data architecture, workflows, user access, permissions, and integrations. Lead transitions to new systems as needed.
  • Develop, implement, and improve PX Services processes with a people-first mindset, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
  • Drive automation in PX processes, including integrating and managing AI applications where appropriate.
  • Work closely with PX teams (Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Solutions, and others) to improve the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding.

This role is based in Warsaw.
