We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic HR People Partner to join our innovative venture, PawChamp.
PawChamp is a mobile application and online platform designed for pet parents, specifically dog owners. It empowers them to train their beloved pets and learn more about care and training through 24/7 chat support with experts, our AI companion Pawchie, and educational resources created in collaboration with canine specialists. We offer personalized daily lessons covering all aspects of dog training, from basic commands to behavioral issue resolution. Our strategic goal is to become a global leader in online dog training and to meet all the needs of pet parents and their dogs beyond training.

Your Key Responsibilities:
— Implement and optimize HR processes: Onboarding, Performance Reviews, Offboarding, and Feedback mechanisms;
— Conduct HR surveys and research, analyze data, and implement changes based on findings;
— Provide consultation on HR policies and assist managers in developing leadership skills;
— Engage with a team of 80+ members working from various locations across the country, fostering unity and a collaborative spirit.
Required Qualifications:
— 2+ years of experience as an HR People Partner or HR Generalist;
— Understanding of how to effectively collaborate with remote teams, proficiency in conducting 1-to-1 meetings, and ability to select motivational tools;
— Experience with HR analytics and proficiency in using modern tools for process development;
— Proactivity and initiative: readiness to take full responsibility for your area and focus on results;
— Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), ability to explain complex concepts simply and inspiringly.
